How does London Pizza Depot – Ready to bake work?
We par-bake the pizza bases fresh every day, they are blast chilled, topped with precooked toppings, shrink-wrapped ready for pick up by DPD for next day delivery.
The pizzas are packed in an insulated box with ice gels and insulative packaging keeping them chilled for up to 48 hours.
When your pizza arrives, all you need to do is finish baking it at home for a fresh, great tasting experience.
We currently ship to mainland UK.
We use DPD for our deliveries to most UK destinations which is not available in some of the more remote Scottish Isles. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to some postcodes.
DPD will send to you an email. This email will arrive on the day of dispatch, you will be able to track your order via the link, if you are not in, DPD will leave the package in a safe place, you can manage this via your tracking link.
Preheat your oven and baking tray to 200°C (fan 180°C). Brush lukewarm water over the crust with a pastry brush. Place the pizza on the middle shelf directly on the preheated baking tray and bake for around 9-11 minutes, or until the crust is crispy and the cheese is bubbling. Enjoy!
Our pizzas are freshly made and designed to be enjoyed as soon as possible. They will last in the fridge for up to 4 days, some of our pizzas can be frozen for up to 1 month (vegetarian pizzas).
Our pizzas are shrink-wrapped and packed in a chilled insulated box with gel ice packs, keeping them fresh for up to 48 hours. Once your pizza is made, it is sent out for next-day delivery. Please refrigerate as soon as you receive your order.
Is London Pizza Depot – Ready to bake halal?
Yes! All our ingredients, including meat and toppings, are 100% halal.
We handle common allergens such as gluten, dairy, and nuts in our kitchen. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our pizzas are free from cross-contamination. Please check the ingredients list before ordering. Ingredients and allergens for each pizza are displayed on the product page, they are also labelled on the pizza.
Do you offer gluten-free pizza?
We are currently not offering gluten-free options, only available at our East London restaurant currently.
Currently our pizzas can only be ordered as described, however it is on the roadmap for 2026!
What if I have an issue with my order?
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact our customer service team at londonpizzadepot@gmail.com or on TikTok and we’ll be happy to help.
We are able to fit up to 6 pizzas in our box, if you require a larger order, please email londonpizzadepot@gmail.com
Refund & returns policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order then please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your delivery.
What if my pizza arrives damaged or spoiled?
If your pizza arrives damaged, spoiled, or in unsatisfactory condition, please email us at londonpizzadepot@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include:
1) Order number
2) Photo of the issue (damaged packaging, spoiled food, etc.)
We will review your claim and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
What if my order is delayed in transit?
We ship our pizzas using next-day delivery, but delays can occasionally happen due to courier issues. If your order is significantly delayed and arrives warm or in an unsafe condition, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund where necessary.
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled dispatch. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds.
What if I provided the wrong delivery address?
Please ensure your delivery details are correct before placing your order. We cannot offer refunds for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to help.
What if I am not home to receive my delivery?
Our pizzas are packed to stay fresh during transit, but they need to be refrigerated upon arrival. If you miss your delivery and the package is left outside for too long, we cannot be held responsible, and refunds will not be issued
How long does it take to process a refund?
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
