We’re heading to the heart of Mexico to soak up deep, smoky flavours with a proper kick. Mum slow-cooks the chicken in her rich, spiced Tinga stew, letting it soak up every layer of flavour before it ever hits the oven. Finished with fiery red chillies, punchy jalapeños and sharp red onions, this one’s bold, warming and seriously addictive!

Storage: Keep refrigerated as soon as possible and always within the use-by date.
Cooking Instructions:
Oven cook from chilled: 8 - 10 minutes.
Remove all packaging. Preheat oven to conventional 200°C/ 392°F/ Gas Mark 6/ Fan 180°C. Place pizza directly onto the middle shelf of preheated oven.
