We’re off to chilli-loving Calabria on the toe of Italy’s boot to taste a very special vibrant and spicy sausage called nduja. But this isn’t just any old sausage – it’ll tantalise your taste buds like never before!

SPICY NDUJA SAUSAGE

Pizza Base [Wheat Flour (WHEAT flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Water, Durum WheatSemolina (Wheat), Rapeseed Oil, Sugar, Salt, Yeast], Tomato Sauce, (Tomatoes, Salt, Sunflower Oil, Sugar, Herbs, Spices, Garlic, Acidity Regulator;E330), Mozzarella (Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Vegan Nduja, (Red Pepper, Coconut Oil, Haricot Beans, Calabrian Hot Chilli Pepper, Paprika, Salt, Sunflower Oil, Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil, Black Pepper, Lemon Juice),Pepperoni [Chicken, Beef, Beef Fat, Chicken Fat, Salt, Smoked Chicken Skin, Dextrose, Rice Starch, Antioxidant; (E301, E392), Spices, Preservative; (E250)], Red Jalapeno, ( Water, Salt, Acidity Regulator; Acetic Acid), Red Chilli, Hot Honey Sauce (Honey, Aged Red Jalapeno, Sugar, Garlic, White Grape Vinegar, salt)

Cooking Instructions:

Oven cook from chilled: 8 - 10 minutes.

Remove all packaging. Preheat oven to conventional 200°C/ 392°F/ Gas Mark 6/ Fan 180°C. Place pizza directly onto the middle shelf of preheated oven.
